Phillip was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1974 and has over 50 years’ experience in a number of fields. Phillip is also on the High Court Roll of Practitioners. Phillip possesses extensive experience in Family Law, Criminal Law, Care and Protection, Commercial and Corporate law, Leases, Estates, Wills and Guardianship just to name a few. Phillip is also currently an Independent Children’s Lawyer, acting for the best interests of children in Family Law matters. Phillip is committed to helping the local community. Phillip is engaged with a number of not-for-profit organisations assisting the wider community in wills including but not limited to the Salvation Army. Phillip has acted for clients in a number of high profile matters and is well loved and respected by members of the community.
Phillip is on both the NSW and ACT Legal Aid Panel and is on the specialist ICL Legal Aid Panel.

Olivia Wilkins (Special Counsel)

Olivia joined Phillip A. Wilkins & Associates in 2008, shortly before her admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and she is also admitted to the High Court of Australia.
As Special Counsel, Olivia is highly regarded for her work as an Independent Children’s Lawyer (ICL), where she is dedicated to advocating for the best interests of children in Family Law proceedings. Her practice extends across all aspects of Family Law, including complex parenting and property disputes, urgent recovery applications, international relocation matters, de facto relationship breakdowns, child support, mediation, dispute resolution, and cases involving family violence and AVOs.
Olivia regularly appears in both Divisions 1 and 2 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. While she is an experienced litigator, she places strong emphasis on negotiation and settlement, striving to resolve disputes efficiently and with minimal conflict wherever possible.
Olivia also has experience in property law, wills, powers of attorney, care and protection and crime.
Outside the law, Olivia enjoys ice skating and gym, and spending quality time with friends and family as well as her two fur babies.

Christy Riad (Senior Associate)

In early 2017, Christy began her journey at Phillip A. Wilkins & Associates as a legal secretary, swiftly advancing to a full-time paralegal role. Driven by her passion and unwavering commitment to helping people, Christy completed her Bachelor of Law by April 2018, followed by admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court Roll of Practitioners on 18 October 2018. Continuing her pursuit of legal expertise, Christy pursued advanced studies in a Master of Applied Family Law with the College of Law. With a comprehensive grasp of family law, Christy adeptly navigates the complexities of matters involving separated, married, de facto couples, and extended family members. Her proficiency encompasses various intricate aspects such as advanced parenting disputes involving high-risk family violence, child abuse, Magellan matters, domestic child abduction, parental mental health, substance abuse, dysregulated and high-conflict co-parenting, relocation, property settlements (including pet custody) and divorce. Notably, Christy has honed her advocacy skills, particularly in child abduction cases, boasting a remarkable success rate in child recovery. Her approach to assisting clients is marked by empathy and pragmatism, drawing from her psychological studies and domestic violence training to provide a trauma-informed perspective to those facing family violence. Throughout the legal process, she ensures her clients feel empowered and heard, steadfastly supporting them through every stage of their family law journey.

Sarah Sarabi (Solicitor)

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Laws by June 2024, followed by admission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 13 December 2024 and the High Court Roll of Practitioners.
Sarah has also completed a Bachelor of Social Science from Western Sydney University in 2023. Prior to admission, Sarah joined us as a paralegal in August 2022, gaining valuable hands on experience in family and criminal law. She recognises the emotional and practical challenges that legal proceedings can place on litigants and is committed to offering a practical, empathetic, and detail-focused approach. Her goal is to guide clients through complex legal processes with clarity, support, and care.
Sarah is committed to making legal processes accessible, practical, and cost effective. She prioritises clear communication, transparency, and efficiency to deliver strong and reliable outcomes for her clients. Sarah speaks Arabic, Dari and English.
Outside the law, Sarah enjoys discovering new cafes, spending time with friends and family and reading fiction novels.

Eiriz joined Phillip A. Wilkins & Associates as a paralegal in August 2022 and is a valued and esteemed member of the team.
Eiriz completed a Bachelor of Laws at The University of Notre Dame in November 2024 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in June 2025. Helping those in need is the core of Eiriz’s goals and strives to achieve that through her legal career. Eiriz speaks English and Tagalog.
Outside of the law, Eiriz enjoys playing the piano, watching sports and catching up with her family and friends.

Sabrina joined Phillip A. Wilkins & Associates in April 2024. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and a Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University in June 2025, and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in the same month.
Working primarily in the Family Law Division, Sabrina collaborates closely with our solicitors to support both the team and our clients through every stage of the legal process. Known for her compassionate yet precise approach, she approaches each matter with diligence, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.
Outside of the legal profession, Sabrina enjoys exploring the town in search of the perfectly brewed oat milk cappuccino and cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends.

Keona joined Phillip A. Wilkins & Associates in April 2024.
Keona is currently pursuing a double degree in Communications (Writing and Publishing) and a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Keona is a driven and career-focused individual with a strong passion for justice and advocacy. Her academic and professional interests lie particularly in the areas of Family and Criminal Law, where she aims to combine her legal expertise with genuine compassion to support individuals through some of life’s most challenging times.
Alongside her academic and legal pursuits, Keona is also a professional singer and performer. She expresses her creativity and passion for the arts through music. Performing regularly, she brings the same discipline, confidence, and empathy to the stage that she brings to her professional life. This creative outlet not only enhances her communication skills but also allows her to maintain a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle.
